Compliance

Passengers must comply with all laws and regulations and with the instructions of the Carrier and
its representatives, including but not limited to those related to safety and security and behaviour
that may adversely affect safety and security. Passengers must submit to reasonable searches of
their persons and baggage by either staff of an Operator or other authorized persons. Failure to
do so may result in refusal to allow you to board an aircraft or removal at any time after boarding.
If, in the opinion of a representative of the Carrier, the Passenger is in breach of these Terms or
under the influence of drugs or alcohol or is unfit to fly or it is necessary for the safety or comfort
of the passenger or other passengers or for the protection of property, the Passenger may be
denied boarding or be required to leave the aircraft or other means of transport. operates some
single and multi-sector flights to Airports along their route that do not have ‘night operation’
facilities. The carrier will use best efforts to transport its passengers to destination along with
their baggage on the flights on which they are booked. However, in cases where connecting
passengers present themselves and their baggage for check in by TIA close to or after the
scheduled departure time of the service on which they hold reservations, the carrier reserves the
right to dispatch the flight Without the connecting passengers and / or their checked baggage in
order to maintain the schedule integrity of the flight and preserve its planned routing. In such
cases, TIA will neither accept liability for providing hotel accommodation, meals or incidentals to
those passengers; nor will the carrier be liable for baggage related inconvenience allowances.
CARRIER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE CARRIAGE TO ANY PERSON WHO IS OR HAS VIOLATED
