Refusal of Entry

If on an International flight performed by GUM AIR, a passenger is denied entry into any
country, such passenger will be responsible to pay any fine or charge assessed or levied against
GUM AIR by the Government concerned and for the cost of transporting that passenger from
that country. The fare collected for carriage to the point of refusal or denial of entry will not be
refunded by GUM AIR and the Carrier may at its sole discretion use the monies paid for unused
portions of the applicable ticket as (part) payment of any costs incurred by the Carrier in
repatriating the passenger as directed by the Government concerned
